For many, improving physical shape, losing weight or trying a new form of fitness like CrossFit or functional fitness can be daunting, uncertain and scary.
Often fear of failure, criticism and injury can stop us from taking those first steps.
The truth is that many roads worth taking, are the difficult ones. By definition, a pioneer is one who is willing to explore and settle in new territory. To venture where others won't. To go first.
It is then that these people can show the way, and encourage others to follow. This is the strength of community…a tribe. We have been where you are and know what it takes to get where you want to go. We are ready to take new ground with you.
That's why we exist. We believe that place you want to get to, needs conquered. We want to journey with you and help claim territory in your life you have yet to explore.
Those challenges, goals or dreams can feel like a mountain to climb, but remember EVERY mountain ever scaled starts with a first step, then another...and so on.
We also believe life shouldn’t be on hold until you reach those goals, so appreciating and enjoying the journey is a big part of our outlook.
This is why actual mountain treks are a staple diet in the Pioneer diary.
The ‘How’ is about what we offer. Fitness Training that strengthens you physically, mentally and emotionally. It's why functional training, exercising with movements that are both natural and needed, is our chosen method AND in an environment that is supportive and encouraging as you take on its challenges.
It’s also about investing heavily in the community we train with aswell. You may come for the coaching, but you’ll stay for the community.
How you do anything is how you do everything. We believe that the lessons you learn in your training, can hugely impact what you learn and adapt in other areas of your life, mentally, emotionally or spiritually.
