PROGRAMMES
Coach led functional fitness classes. Covering weight-lifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning, each class will offer you a briefing of the workout, scales and progressions needed to complete it, warm up, skills, workout and cool down.
These are relaxed , fun classes designed to build strength, mobility and confidence back in to new mums.
In what can be an isolated stage of life we are passionate about building community.
Kids are welcome
Geared towards Year 8, 9 and 10s, these classes are designed to introduce young people to functional fitness and build confidence in their body and movements.
Learning or stepping into something new isn’t easy. These are fun and accessible sessions over 4 weeks to teach the methodology, foundational movements for classes, and workouts to practice what you learn.
Designed in conjunction with Local Community Support Agencies, these one off or multi sessions are catered towards a young persons needs. Such as the ‘Take New Ground’ programme, a 6 session programme using fitness to challenge attitudes, belief systems, behaviours and identity in young people through a variety of specific workouts.
Events designed to strengthen faith in those who follow the way of Jesus. Supper Club and ‘AMRAP’ nights are welcoming environments where we get to enjoy our 3 loves…faith, family and fitness.
