Barking Bakes
Active Recovery Day for the doggo lovers amongst the tribe. Heading for a coastal walk followed by some treats at Cindy’s in Bangor (dog friendly). All Welcome.
MURPH & BBQ
The famous ‘Murph’ Workout followed by community BBQ as we honour those that serve & protect.

Competition day featuring Pioneer Training and CF Resplendent athletes.
PIONEER INVITATIONAL COMPETITION
The 2nd Year of our in-house invitational competition. Teams of 3 taking on 3 workouts in as quick a time as possible.

FANCY DRESS WORKOUT & TREATS

Kicking off the New Year and seeing out the festive season with some classic arrow action. Who will take the crown as this years Inaugural winner?!
